Utilizing Articulate RISE and Storyline 360,  I created the eLearning Module titled: The US National Parks.

The elearning module was developed using both Articulate 360, and RISE as an independent portfolio project. (Note that this project is for educational and demonstration purposes only, and was not sponsored or affiliated by the US National Park Service)

My Process
In creating this short series of learning modules, I first began with a working storyboard and lesson outlines while working on a drafted prototype. Originally, the design plan included branching scenarios; however, after working through the development process, it was decidedly simplified to focus more on learner engagement with material and interactive components.

Results
The self-guided course progresses through four content units, featuring ungraded knowledge checkpoints and interactive learner-centered activities built using Storyline 360 and embedded into the course built in RISE.

Within the RISE course, there is an embedded interaction that I designed and developed using Articulate Storyline.  The interaction features a map with clickable button states that once selected, display that individual state data with the locations and names of each National Park. Note that for the purposes of this demo, not all US states were included.
